New in 2022!

Le Weekend Workshops- 3 days of learning, cooking, and sharing together- live and online.

Why a Three-day Workshop?

I was looking for a way to expand my online presence beyond the world of how to cook videos (we made over 75 this year!) and to grow a stronger community of like-minded, food-loving spirits. Something that would lift us out of the doldrums and inspire a new community that would benefit us all.

Just like when I would travel and teach across the globe, we will spend a few days together- but online! There is time to explore and delve into the nuance of the cultural icons of French Cuisine- charcuterie and pastry, as well as the recipes of classic regional dishes like confit, croustade, and cassoulet.

There is plenty of time for questions and answers, gentle hand-holding, expert sharing, telling stories, and even eating together!

Each workshop runs over three days and includes 7.5 hours of live instruction- using videos, demonstrations and hands-on cook along using the shiny new Vimeo live streaming service. Each workshop will be archived in its entirety as well as an edited condensed video for quick referral. Each workshop culminates in a Virtual Sunday Supper Club where we share in live time, the fruits of our labors.

Set aside a few days and join me for a deeper dive into the world of Gascon cooking and the exquisite art of the French table.

Warm regards from Gascony,

Kate Hill
