Each workshop runs over three days and includes 7-and-a-half-hours of live instruction- using videos, demonstrations, and hands-on 'cook along' using the shiny new Vimeo high-definition live streaming service. Each workshop will be archived in its entirety as well as a quick referral condensed video. Each workshop culminates in a Virtual Sunday Supper Club where we share, in live time, the fruits of our labors.
Limited to 25 participants, there is plenty of time for questions and answers, gentle hand-holding, expert sharing, telling stories, and even eating together!
