    This is a great, new way to help create and share content that follows the French seasons. Members can participate in feedback and create a viable community of food lovers. Classes are produced week by week and posted as we go along.

  • How long does the membership last?.

    A Gascon Year! From the moment you join, you have access to all the materials archived in the Librarie Gasconne as well as following the current classes week by week.

  • How many cooking classes does the membership include?

    There is one cooking class each week. Three video classes and one Live Cook Along each month. 48 classes for the year = $25 per class.
